Context

Novvum took a major hit during covid and started shrinking in size, infact to just one person onboard. We spent months discussing various ways to scale using the same model, but then we felt, maybe there is more potential in restructuring and upgrading Novvum. And also because, as a part of Novvum, we wanted to see how to partner with businesses which are more focused on sustainability as the core solution.

Approach

We rebranded Novvum, aligning with new design trends, ensuring that Novvum is not a small traditional studio but a progressive and budding company. We integrated design and technology as key offerings and we proactively reached out the US market, largely targeting impact investor portfolios, B-Corp certified companies and also struggling e-commerce brands. We crafted an approach which is more inclusive emphasizing on ethical work cultural practices and devised a conscious brand perception for Novvum. We built a core team with a well-aligned vision and way of functioning.

Novvum not only won a few accounts, but raised funds and even incubated a fresh concept - Jeweler Collective.
